Mr.Ponnusamy Karthik hails from a village called Malaiyarasan Kuppam in Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District. He was born to Mr. Annadurai and Mrs. Kavitha in a simple family.  He did his early education in Vettavalam and his higher studies at a college at Anna University, Chennai.

He established Namma Family Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd. in 2016.  He started in a simple way with a small team of 5 like-minded professionals. He also donates to orphanages and old-age homes in Tamil Nadu to bring peace to the lives of destitute elderly people.

Namma Family Group Founder and Chairman, Mr. Ponnusamy Karthik has celebrated his birthday (Ponnusamy Karthik Birthday Celebration) on 13.06.2025 in his native place. He celebrated his birthday along with the people in a grand manner.  in the land where he was born and brought up.  Mr. A. Ponnusamy Karthik wants to raise the standard of living of the people in Malayarasan Kuppam and its surrounding areas. 

He distributed books and sports equipment to a Government High School in Malayarasan Kuppam. The worth of donation is around Rs 10 lakh.  He conducted a free medical camp.  Mr. Ponnusamy Karthik himself and 30 youths had donated blood in the free medical camp.  5000 saplings had been planted on his birthday. And 25,000 seed balls had been distributed. Free agricultural equipment and organic fertilizers have been given to 100 farmers. 

He distributed notebooks, pencils, erasers, and sports equipment to 3500 students studying in 7 schools in and around the Malayarasan Kuppam area. As a part of best wishes on his birthday, he distributed rice bags, clothes to the poor and needy people. And 3-wheel cycles for the disabled and handicapped people. He encouraged young sports enthusiasts with sports equipment to improve their sports skills. Helmets were given to two-wheelers at Petrol stations. All the public participated in all these functions and expressed their hearty happiness and congratulations.

He gave them the strength to overcome challenges in their lives and carry out all their duties in the upcoming days.
